In David’s Words…
The best part of the job is when someone moves into a brick and mortar building and makes it a home- either for themselves or for future tenants.
Getting to know the people I am working with brings a sense of purpose and satisfaction that few jobs can offer. Learning their stories, their goals and meeting family members makes the experience significant.
I often have the opportunity to see people in the best times of their lives, taking that step into owning the next investment purchase that they have planned and longed for. These shared experiences build a bond that often lasts a lifetime.
Single Family Homes, Commercial investments, Multi-Family Units, and Apartment complexes all represent someone’s dream and accomplishments.
David’s Broker’s Opinion…
David plays to win for his clients, his team & his vendors simply share the same goal he envisions. David’s vision and desire for all to work together and towards the same goal produces optimal results for his team and clients. He feels respect for and by his team’s integrity and commitment to the goal. His clients (past and current) will testify that he embodies the desire for everyone to be confident in their decision making, thus producing results in everyone’s favor. His impressive, direct communication exudes his natural authority, which he is aware can be intense for some while it also brings a sense of reassurance that David knows what he is doing in his profession.
Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. January 2017 – Present
A Culture of Caring
The best Customer Experience comes from possessing the best tools and a high level of skills/training to use the tools. Partnerships and Co-Listing relationships have provided more and better resources to promote my listings and deliver 5-star services to my clients.
Keller Williams Realty is a company that changes lives. The culture is as diverse as the countless ways in which associates and market centers commit themselves to find and serving the higher purpose of business, and is united by a cohesive understanding of our Mission, Vision, Values, Beliefs, and Perspectives. During our first, annual RED Day, which is now a companywide tradition, 22,000 associates participated in a coordinated effort to give back with their local communities.
At the heart of Keller Williams culture in action is KW Cares, a public charity created to reach out and support each other during times of extreme and unexpected hardship.

Fidelity Management Inc. is responsible for the success and development of The Oil Exchange and The Oil Exchange at Huebner Rd. Their success is due to the dedication and hard work of the management staff and a collection of cooperating companies.
Working with a dedicated team of young service-minded men and women has truly been a blessing to me. As the automotive industry becomes more intricate and demanding, this staff has consistently risen above the demands and outperformed their personal best.

Sales Associate at ReMax Associates – September 1989 – December 1999 (10 years 4 months)
Being recruited by ReMax was a great time in my life. I had recently received my Brokers License and was hesitant to put it on hold, and yet It was a good decision to do so. I had the chance to work with industry leaders and learn from some great people. My passion leads me to record sales volume and some friendship I still hold dear. During this time I was asked to sit on the Bexar County Appraisal Review Board.
Real Estate Sales Agent at CENTURY 21– March 1982 – September 1989 (7 years 7 months)
Sponsored by Century 21 while I was training at the San Antonio Board of Realtors. As part of a large organization, I learned it was sink or swim to keep moving forward. I learned much about the heart of the industry. Back in the day, we used telephone book style data to perform our CMAs and home tours. When they came out with the telefax machine and predictions there would someday be computer access to the database we all felt technology’s impact on the front lines. Today the industry is very advanced and yet it is still a business that is founded in competency and the joy of working with people.
