He truly is a professional. It was so refreshing to deal with an agent that actually cared about his client’s best interest. I live in California and was looking for a home to purchase in San Antonio Texas. The day before my flight back to Los Angeles, I went to David’s open house and fell in love with the home he was selling. I must admit, I had doubts about using the seller’s agent, but given the hot market, and the fact I was leaving the next day, I decided to go with David and I have no regrets. David arranged everything for me from setting up an architectural engineer to providing me with contact information for all the utilities. He and made the whole transaction go so smoothly. But, he really impressed me when after the sale I had problems getting my water service turned on. Three different water companies told me they didn’t service my address. I called David and he got me set up with one of the companies that mistakenly told me they didn’t service my address. He did a three way call and stayed on the line until everything was set up. The water company told me how to turn on the water, but my belongings hadn’t been delivered so I had no tools. David went out of his way to come to my house and turned the water on. Worth noting - I knew almost nothing about the industry but am the type of person who wants to understand what I'm looking at or agreeing to. That's where David really shines for me; he was able to answer just about anything real estate, has a fantastic network of contacts when asked for recommendations, and passed on knowledge I didn't even know to ask for.
